The standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from order processing (excluding local holidays).

We use the services of CTT (Portuguese Postal Service) for order deliveries.

3. Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the order:

• Portugal: €5.5 per sweat.
• Rest of Europe: €10.5 per sweat.
• Americas: €25 per sweat.

4. Order Tracking:

Order tracking is provided through email notifications. Customers will receive tracking information as soon as the order is dispatched.

In the event of an incorrect address provided by the customer, a new payment will be required for shipping. Please ensure the accuracy of the address during the checkout process.
